West King Partner, Pastor Britton, Preaches at Trinity
On Sunday, June 18th, Pastor Anthony Britton was our guest preacher. His wife, Carol, accompanied him. Parishioner and Spiritual Director Sheryl Adams said, “I was very happy to meet and hear Pastor Britton speak. He was very well received both before the service and after. He seems to carry a lot of personal warmth, and folks responded to that. I liked his sermon!”
At the time, New Mt. Moriah was having a fundraiser to build a new parking lot and basketball court that would benefit the church, the neighborhood kids, and its community partners including Wildflower Healthcare, the only free dental and medical clinic in St. Johns County. A love offering was taken up as well as the opportunity to give via the Go Fund Me page which, when combined, helped them to surpass their goal!
